All West Malaysian orders above RM250 will enjoy complimentary standard shipping

All East Malaysian orders above RM350 will enjoy complimentary standard shipping

All Singapore orders above RM650 will enjoy complimentary standard international shipping

Orders will be shipped within 1-2 working days upon notification of payment received and verification of payment

All standard local parcels will be dispatched by Easyparcel or Ninjavan Malaysia for delivery

All standard international parcels will be dispatched by Ninjavan Singapore for delivery

1) Standard Local Shipping:

Standard Local Shipping (WM) is a fixed fee of RM8, free with orders above RM250

All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery

You will receive your order within 1-4 working days

Standard Local Shipping (EM) is a fixed fee of RM20, free with orders above RM400

All Standard Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery

You will receive your order within 2-7 working days

2) Standard International Shipping (Singapore only):

Standard International Shipping is a fixed fee of RM30, free with orders above RM650

All Standard International Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery

Standard International shipping to Singapore takes about 2-5 working days

3) Express International Shipping (Singapore only):

Express International Shipping is a fixed fee of RM130

All Standard International Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery

Express International shipping to Singapore takes about 1-2 working days

4) Standard International Shipping (Rest of the World):

Standard International Shipping is a fixed fee of RM130

All Standard International Shipping comes with tracking and notification from the courier on the day of delivery

Standard International shipping to Rest of the World takes about 5-12 working days

5) Self Collection:

For orders that have opted for self collection at our HQ, kindly collect the orders within 7 days from the time the order is ready for collection

Orders not collected within 7 days will be auto-cancelled, and store credits will be issued to your account (6 months validity and applicable to online orders only)
